PRICING AND ESTIMATIONS
What is included in the venue price?
Included in the rental fee of the venue is a 12-hour block of time for your event as well as the use of our inventory of tables, chairs, and cocktail tables for up to 150 of your guests.
If I am having 50 guests at my event does the rental price lower?
We offer special pricing during the off-season or during the week, as well as micro event packages for events with 10 guests or less. Please inquire if you would like to host a smaller event!
Does the venue rental price include a day of coordinator?
It does not. We do, however, have recommendations of trusted partners.
What dates do you have available in 2024?

Can you give me an estimate on staffing cost for an event based on 175 guests?
Staffing costs vary depending on the type of event, style of service, and time of year. Please inquire with our team of experts to learn more!
How much does it cost per server, bartender, chef and event catering manager?
Our labor market is a living, breathing organism. Beau Monde works hard to create strong relationships with our service staff and compensate fairly. Pricing is based on type of event, style of service, and menu selections.
Is my tip included in the final price on the BEO?
Gratuity is not included or expected. Beau Monde is proud to compensate our team of experts generously, offer a memorable experience for our clients and their guests, all in a positive and encouraging environment.
Is tipping required?
Tipping is not required or expected. If you choose to tip, please coordinate with your Beau Monde site manager.

Can we rent your venue for a weekday wedding?
Absolutely!
Do you only have 12 hr rentals?
This is the most popular time frame which includes load-in, event time, as well as load-out time. However, we are more than happy to learn about your event and offer the best option available.
What is the hourly rental fee?
Hourly rental fees start at $250/hour.
What does the 22% administration fee cover?
The 22% administrative fee covers venue inventory setup and breakdown, post-event cleaning, site manager, catering service charge, and coordination of vendors/meetings.
What is a non-preferred catering fee?
A non-preferred catering fee is for clients who do not wish to use our in-house catering services.
Can I use your catering for appetizers and have an outside caterer for dinner? Would this avoid a non-preferred catering fee?
Typically we do not have multiple caterers. There would still be a non-preferred catering fee if you choose to use someone other than our in-house catering option.
Why do we need event insurance?
Event insurance is for your protection should anything go awry on your special day. This covers a multitude of instances that may occur during your event, such as damages, injuries, losses, etc.
How much is event insurance?
Event insurance typically ranges from $250-$500 depending on the type of policy you choose.
What accessibility options do you have at each of your venues?
All of Beau Monde’s venues are available and open to all. With easy wheelchair access, convenient parking, and private restrooms, we welcome our clients and their guests to enjoy our spaces.
FOOD, BEVERAGE, AND STAFFING
Do you have a florist that sets up the day of the event?
Beau Monde has a list of recommended vendors who have worked in our spaces multiple times, is confident in our spaces, and is familiar with our vendor contract.
What is the difference between a site manager and a day coordinator?
There are many differences between a Site Manager and Day of Coordinator/Planner. Our team is here to serve and we work best hand in hand with our vendor partners to execute an incredible day for you! Core differences are below.
Site Manager: safety of venue and guests, manages anything venue related.
Day of Coordinator: manages everything in between, focuses on client/guests, is responsible for timeline, vendor set up/breakdown, etc.
What are the responsibilities of the day of coordinator?
Your day of coordinator should cover a lot of ground on your event day! Their responsibilities include but may not be limited to the below. Beau Monde Recommends is a list offering reliable planning and coordinating services.
Arrive when the venue opens
Provide all pertinent communication to vendors
Check on bridal party the entire event
Stay the entire event
Coordinate setup + timeline of event
Direct your event and sticking to the timeline
Act as main contact for vendors
Distribute vendor tips and remaining payments
Pack personal gifts/decor at the end of the event
Manage venue clean up and sign off with the venue
What if I do not like the food from your caterer?
We are more than happy to offer a catering buyout for our spaces, please inquire.
Can I book a tasting with your catering team before booking?
Typically, tastings are scheduled after booking. We are happy to ask our kitchen to accommodate special requests. If you’d like to have a tasting prior to booking, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you!
What is the food/beverage/staff minimum?
Food, Beverage, and Staff minimums are not a quote for your specific event but rather the contractual minimum spend for your event date. Minimums fluctuate depending on the time of year and day of the week. This is the minimum amount you are required to spend based on your final menu and bar selections.
Can I use your catering for a late night bite and use an outside caterer for dinner?
Typically, Beau Monde does not allow multiple caterers for an event.
How much staffing do I need for my event?
Staffing will depend on your final guest count, style of service, and type of event.
How do you know how much staffing is needed?
We are the pros! We have hosted hundreds of events, worked closely with our service staff, and rely on our experts as well as a staffing calculator tool to provide the best service for your event.
Can I purchase my own alcohol to cut down on cost?
No outside alcohol can be brought on any of Beau Monde’s properties. Including drinks pre-event.
Do we have to get an ABC permit for our wedding?
You do not have to get an ABC permit for your wedding. We have that covered!
Do we have to get an ABC permit for donated alcohol?
Yes, you do have to get a special use ABC permit for your event when there is donated alcohol. Our team is happy to help guide you through this process.
Does the bar serve alcohol?
The bar serves alcohol as well as non-alcoholic beverages.

Do I have to purchase a bar package based on all of my guests even if there are people that do not partake?
Bar packages are based on any guest over 21 years of age. We do offer an array of packages to suit most event needs. Please contact our team of experts for more information.
